I am a pediatric hospitalist and clinician-educator committed to caring thoughtfully for children and families, preparing physicians for the responsibilities ahead, and building stronger systems for those who will inherit them. Across clinical care, medical education, scholarship, and quality improvement, my work is grounded in communication, trust, and the responsibility to leave each space better than I found it.
Outside the hospital and classroom, I am a wife, mother of three, and an aerialist. My family keeps life wonderfully full, while aerial arts give me a place to challenge myself in an entirely different way. As it turns out, these parts of my life have more in common than I expected: all require strength, discipline, creativity, and comfort with occasionally finding yourself upside down.
